You can’t see the difficulties to sleep even in the very tired moment. Not only you as the worker, the problem of insomnia also the problem of the old and young person around you if they have the wrong habit and lack of understanding about the health.<span id="more-141"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Insomnia is difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep. It is the most common sleep complaint and may be transient or persistent. Population surveys show a 1-year prevalence rate of 30 to 45 percent in adults. Common causes of insomnia such as the using of the drugs, lack of sport and the bad habit in watching television in the midnight can bring the bad effects for you.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A brief period of insomnia is most often associated with anxiety, either as a sequel to an anxious experience or in anticipation of an anxiety-provoking experience (e.g., an examination or an impending job interview). In some persons, transient insomnia of this kind may be related to grief, loss, or almost any life change or stress. The condition is not likely to be serious, although a psychotic episode or a severe depression sometimes begins with acute insomnia. Specific treatment for the condition is usually not required.  Just get the healthy food and the good practice to get the healthier time of sleeping.</p>
