Well, get the supreme shape of body is important, but it is not very important anymore if you gain some illness because you forced your body to follow your dietary program which’s not good for your health. Instead of reducing the meal portions or only eat two times a day, I think you better eat like you did before but add some weight training program.<span id="more-74"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Many people reduce or delete carbohydrate, protein, and fat from their dietary program. Actually, we need all of these nutrition in any circumstances. You need three combination of these nutrition to get healthy everyday and able to do all your activities. Normal people have to consume at least ½ gram of protein per pound of body weight to be healthy. It’s mean you still have to consume fish, red meat, poultry, and eggs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vegetables are important for your diet but it is not enough to makes you stay in the supreme condition everyday. Beside contain protein, those sources also capable to give you important amino acids for your health. So, don’t delete it from your dietary program to implement weight loss plus good health that you want.</p>

Research that took place in the U.S. found a direct relationship between the desire to be slimmer and smoking among young girls. The survey of 273 teenage girls who want to slim usually will smoke. Contrast with those who did not worry about weight loss, few are in the habit of smoking. <span id="more-64"></span></p>
<p>Telephone Survey<br />
The discovery was based on telephone surveys of girls in Massachusetts who are aged between 12 and 15 years.</p>
<p>In the first survey conducted in 1993, the girls were asked that they want to slim. In the second survey, 4 years later, they were asked if they start smoking. At this time nearly one in 4 girls start smoking.</p>
<p>Researchers from Boston University and Okayama Japan found that girls who have a high desire to be slim are more potent 4-fold to be smokers.</p>
<p>The girl who eventually became smokers is 93% which is very important states slim. Compare with the 7% who did not smoke.</p>
<p>However, some girls said they believe smoking can help maintain their weight. This triggered research that there are other factors to be encouragement for girls to start smoking. However, according to experts, changing girls’ perception about slim will help them stop smoking.</p>
<p>Written in the journal Tobacco Control, the experts said, &#8220;We must pay attention to social environmental factors that create the perception of slim the girl into something positive. It is also important expressed, in order to slim the body through exercise.</p>
<p>More than one of 4 girls in England who started smoking at age 15 years. This compared with only one of 5 teenage boys who started smoking at the same age.</p>
<p>Anti-smoking spokesperson for ASH very welcomed in this latest study. &#8220;This shows how the complexity of the relationship between smoking and appearance with healthy habits,&#8221; said the spokesman.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not just how they digest of health messages, but also about how they took it from an environment that is too broad &#8211; such as the influence of advertising in magazines and on television. All it takes part as an example of their actions.&#8221;</p>

Well, as we know, alcohol is not good for our health. Do you know a normal bottle of beer will give you 153 calories? In fact, there is no nutritional value in alcohol. You only will get empty calories. Alcohol can tarnish your health too.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each time you drink alcohol, all you will get are sugar plus carbohydrate. Same as colas and soda drinks, alcohol also feeds on carbonation. What I want to say is even though you drink much of them, you will feel that you never had enough of them. Dietary program expert forbid sodas and alcohol in the dietary program because after drink a little glass of carbonated drink, you will always want more. After you know the fact, I think you know why it’s forbidden for people who want to gain weight loss.</p>

I mean, it’s o.k. if you want to hang out with friends in Friday night and drinks a couple of beer, but it’s not mean clubbing three times a week and drink wine and the other alcohol drinks each time you go to the club, right? <span id="more-39"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What I want to say is we really have to fix our life style if we want to gain the healthy body that we want. It’s fine if you need to sleep at 3.00 am because you have a paper that you should finish for tomorrow but it is very bad if you have to sleep in the morning everyday because you always come home in the morning.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Good life style also means no happier fast food. No more potato chips and French fries plus pop corn each time you watching your favorite channels at night. Good life style also means treadmill time twice a week or jogging in the Saturday and Sunday morning to burn fat.  Those are some simple tips that we can do, if we really want to gain healthy life and body.</p>
