For those of you who work in offices, each day would routinely meet with congestion and noise in the street. Did you know that the sound engine, exhaust and horn-sounding not only cause noise, pollution and painful ear, but noise can also trigger high blood pressure?
This is proven scientifically in a study published in Environmental Health Journal. In this journal revealed that there is a relationship between highway noises with high blood pressure. The research team conducted from Lund University Hospital in Sweden concluded that the noise from the highway can lead to stress and sleep disorders. These two factors are the trigger of high blood pressure. And risk of high blood greater in those who live near the highway
“Noise is a source of highway noise pollution closest to the community. It is important to know the implications for society by knowing the risks, “said one researcher, Theo Bodin from Lund University Hospital
“Probably we found an association between noise with stress and high blood. Previous research has also indicated this, and we want to clarify, “said Bodin
The study involved 28,000 people in the province of Scania in southern Sweden. They were given questions by questionnaire sheet. This research was conducted because of the effects of high blood pressure large enough such as stroke and death.
