Colas and Beer on Your Dietary Program
We have bad eating habit. It’s often happen, even though we don’t want it. Sometimes we forget that consuming some drink can give bad effect for our health. Drink tea with three teaspoon every day will makes you gain over weight that you never want. Drink fresh cold sodas from refrigerator will make you gain 200 calories per glass. Which is mean same with 20 minutes on the treadmill.
Well, let’s count together the bad effect that we will gain if we consume alcohol each time we have bad mood or if someone invite us in some party. Well, as we know, alcohol is not good for our health. Do you know a normal bottle of beer will give you 153 calories? In fact, there is no nutritional value in alcohol. You only will get empty calories. Alcohol can tarnish your health too.
Each time you drink alcohol, all you will get are sugar plus carbohydrate. Same as colas and soda drinks, alcohol also feeds on carbonation. What I want to say is even though you drink much of them, you will feel that you never had enough of them. Dietary program expert forbid sodas and alcohol in the dietary program because after drink a little glass of carbonated drink, you will always want more. After you know the fact, I think you know why it’s forbidden for people who want to gain weight loss.
